Yes we do! You pay a 25% retainer, and the balance can be split in up to 6 equal payments that must be paid in full at least 30 days before the event(s).

Traditional cultural weddings, religious ceremonies, wedding receptions, kids’ birthday parties, adults’ birthday parties, brand activations, product launch parties, conferences, intimate dinner parties, graduation parties, you name it!

Yes! The design phase begins with a moodboard based on how you envision your event to look. Then, we’ll develop a design mock-up, with up to 3 revisions until you absolutely love it. Then, the magic happens!

Day-of coordination is available as our stand-alone Facilitator Package, and can be added on to a design package. Otherwise, it’s only included with the Full Service Package.

For planning/coordination of larger events (100+ guests), we recommend booking at least 12 months before your intended date(s). For smaller events (<100 guests), we recommend booking 6-8 months before.
For design only, we recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance.
The more time you can give us, the better. Event vendors are in high demand during the summer — some booking as far as 18 months in advance! However, we do take shorter notice events on a case-by-case basis.

We typically begin by establishing a comfortable budget range aligned with your vision and priorities, and event industry standards. If you’re comfortable going over the initial budget to make your vision a reality, we’ll follow your lead!
