Yes we do! You can pay a 25% deposit, and the the remaining balance may be structured into up to 6 equal payments that must be paid in full at least 30 days before the event(s).

Cultural wedding ceremonies, receptions, intimate dinner parties, brand activations, product launches, milestone celebrations, galas, you name it!

Yes! The design phase begins with a moodboard based on how you envision your event to look. Then, we’ll develop a design mock-up, with up to 3 revisions until you absolutely love it. Then, the magic happens!

Our clients come to us for guidance, clarity, and execution — and are excited to lean into our expertise when it comes to design, flow, and guest experience. If you’re looking for a partner who will thoughtfully translate your vision and cultural context into an unforgettable experience, you’re in the right place.

For planning/coordination of larger events (100+ guests), we recommend booking at least 12 months before your intended date(s). For smaller events (<100 guests), we recommend booking 6-8 months before.
For design only, we recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance.
The more time you can give us, the better. Event vendors are in high demand during the summer — some booking as far as 18 months in advance! However, we do take shorter notice events on a case-by-case basis.

We typically begin by establishing a comfortable budget range aligned with your vision and priorities, as well as event industry standards. If you’re comfortable going over the initial budget to make your vision a reality, we’ll follow your lead!
