  • Yes we do! You can pay a 25% deposit, and the the remaining balance may be structured into up to 6 equal payments that must be paid in full at least 30 days before the event(s).

  • Cultural wedding ceremonies, receptions, intimate dinner parties, brand activations, product launches, milestone celebrations, galas, you name it!

  • Yes! The design phase begins with a moodboard based on how you envision your event to look. Then, we’ll develop a design mock-up, with up to 3 revisions until you absolutely love it. Then, the magic happens!

  • Nuola Events works best with clients who value creative collaboration and trust our process. Our clients come to us for guidance, clarity, and execution — and are excited to lean into our expertise when it comes to design, flow, and guest experience. If you’re looking for a partner who will thoughtfully translate your vision and cultural context into an unforgettable experience, you’re in the right place.

  • For planning/coordination of larger events (100+ guests), we recommend booking at least 12 months before your intended date(s). For smaller events (<100 guests), we recommend booking 6-8 months before.

    For design only, we recommend booking at least 3-4 months in advance.

    The more time you can give us, the better. Event vendors are in high demand during the summer — some booking as far as 18 months in advance! However, we do take shorter notice events on a case-by-case basis.

  • We typically begin by establishing a comfortable budget range aligned with your vision and priorities, as well as event industry standards. If you’re comfortable going over the initial budget to make your vision a reality, we’ll follow your lead!
