The third edition of the Spice Dinner Series puts breadfruit at the center of an indulgent five-course menu by Chef Jae-Anthony Dougan-Holder, paired with cocktails by Barbados Culinary Ambassador Shane McClean and Mount Gay Rum. Spirit-free pairings are available on request.
